About this Produce
Coriander is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae. The leaves and stem also known as Chinese parsley, dhania in Hindi, or cilantro are used fresh as garnish or in salads. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds (as a spice) are the parts most traditionally used in cooking.
Coriander is grown widely in the southern part of India.
